casting workshop has melting &casting and thermal treatment production equipments more than 20 sets, using the international advanced overall furnace casting ,electromagnetic stirring ,online degrassing ,refined with furnace reifner ,two-stage drop ceramic filber and oil film conductive casting technolgy .

In 2014, the company invested 800 million of "an anuual output 80,000 tons high-end industrial aluminium project" which is equipped with 90MN, 75MN ,36MN and 27.5MN extruders and short stroke extrusion machines and 55MN double-action short-stroke extrusion machines. The above equipments use the world's most advanced Germany SMS technology. Supporting the rear of the equipment use italy OMAV technology,achieving online solid solution heat treatment and double traction non-stop break off. Using IAS German technology induction furnace,achieving 60 degree temperature difference between the head and tail ,error ≤3 degree aluminium rod heating ,providing a guarantee for isothermal extrusion.

Using Japan advanced technology oxidation ,electrophoresis production lines and more than 150 slots .The six sets of H cranes controlled by a large industrial computer can achieve auotomatic control and ensure the product quality stable .

The Ruishijinma gun's two power coating production lines can achieve thermosetting powder coatingi ,thermoplastic power coating and fluorocarbon power coating ,there are more than 200 colors ,the color and luster can be divided into high light color ,matte, sand wrinkled .

vaccum wood grain transfer production lines uses bagging transfer to ensure clear wood transfer texture and no dead corner .
